Peel and dice the potatoes and cook them in water (does not need to be too rotten) -

Dice onion and bacon and set aside (please don’t complain about my terrible knife skills) -

Put a little oil in the frying pan (the bacon itself produces oil), add onions and bacon and stir-fry (those who don’t like onions can fry the onions until they are very fragrant) -

Add the diced potatoes you just cooked and fry until cooked -

Add white pepper and egg yolk to the salad and stir evenly (I will mix more depending on your taste)
