Onions and tomatoes are ready. -

Take an appropriate amount of pasta and have it ready. -

Peel the tomatoes with a large cross knife in a pot of boiling water and peel them off. -

Marinate the minced beef with a little cooking wine. -

Peel and chop the tomatoes and put them into a container. -

Chop onions and set aside. -

Put water into the pot and bring to a boil, add the pasta and cook. -

Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the minced beef and stir-fry. -

Add tomatoes and continue stir-frying. -

Add soy sauce, five-spice powder, tomato paste, pour a little boiling water and continue to simmer. -

Take the tomato beef sauce out of the pot and add salt to taste. -
