Set aside corn silk. -

Use freshly picked young leaves and gray needles for later use. -

Wash and drain. -

Wash the corn silk and ash needles into a pot and add appropriate amount of water. -

Boil together for two minutes and then turn off the heat. -

Place in a bowl. -
